We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2022, at the age of 79, Brian E. Noel (York, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Elva R. Noel and Brodbeck; his sister Barbara A. Kuntz; his nephew William A. Kuntz (Denise Calabrese); his niece Marie L. Shoemaker (Rodney C.); his sister-in-law Susan Noel; his daughter Liliana Castillo (Jose); his grandchildren, Sofia, Johnny and Sasha Castillo; his brother Bruce W. Noel; and his brother-in-law Ray Arthur Kuntz. He was also cherished by great nieces and nephews; his good friend.
