He is survived by: his parents, Robert M. Howlett and Bonnie B. Harrison of Hanover, PA.; his significant other Ruby Gauss Hair; his sister Donna L. Wolf of Bonneauville, PA; and his grandmothers, Evelyn Howlett of Aston, PA and Miriam Harrison of New Oxford, PA..
