He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther D. Summers and Martha E. Summers (Olewiler); and his siblings, Lorraine E. Summers and Brian Summers. He is survived by: his wife Veronica M. Summers (Frey); his children, Cathy Ann Prentice, Karen Beth Cutler and Stephen Michael McNamara; and his grandchildren, Matthew Reed, Allyson Haney, Jessica Cutler, Lauren McNamara, Tyler McNamara, Hope McNamara, Jenna McNamara, George Prentice and Mary Prentice. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
