He is survived by: his parent Viola P. Kinard (Emenheiser); his daughter Eileen L. Twigg (David) of Church Creek, MD; his grandsons, David M. Twigg, II (Jennifer) of Red Lion, Stephen M. Twigg and Bessie Bedford of Wrightsville; and his great grandchild Alexis M. Twigg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
