It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles G. Shriner (York, Pennsylvania), born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Shriner and Sara M. Shriner (Gladhill). He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Shriner (Hines); his daughters, Joan R. Miller of Hanover, Rhonda A. Rowland of East Berlin and Laura L. Rowland of Enola; his stepsons, Brian E. Kisielnicki of New Freedom and Jamey A. Kisielnicki of York; his siblings, Agnes Mort of Altoona, Thornton Shriner of Hanover, Anthony Shriner of Gettysburg, Mary Margaret McEldowney of Valrico, FL, Darlene Coppenhaver of Taneytown, MD, Ralph "Mickey" Shriner of Gettysburg, Kathleen "Cassie" Flanagan of New Oxford and Joseph Shriner of Chambersburg; and his children, Beata and Rueben Soren. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
