She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Rishel and Mable Rishel (Zumbrun); her husband Robert B. Charles; and her siblings, Edward, Maurice Rishel and Ruth Gleim.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph C. Eichelberger, Jr. (Jacqueline) of Wheat Ridge, CO and Sandy L. Fulton (Ronald) of Mechanicsburg, PA; her sister Marian Saylor; and her grandchildren, Chad Eichelberger, Daniel Fulton and Allison Livingston. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren.
