He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Wise; and his daughter Christine L. Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Theresa A. Wise (Noel); his parent Bessie Wise (Frey); his children, Peggy A. Wise, Karen A. Ramer (Timmothy) of York and Sandra L. Stough (Dale) of Dallastown; and his sister Patricia Snelbaker (Larry). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
