He was predeceased by: his parent Russell J. of Osteopathy; and his son Jean D. "Ted" LaMotte, III. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley P. McCormick (Artman) of York; his parent Lottie F. McCormick (Strowbridge) of Osteopathy; his daughter Denise "Pixie" Ruth (Mike) of York; his grandchildren, Logan M. Shue, Ashley Shue of Dallastown and Colby J. Shue; his great grandchildren, Charley J. Shue, Laylah N. Miserendino, Aslynn D. Miserendino, Sadie and Myers; and also Doctor of Osteopathy.
