It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Lavern Saxton (York, Pennsylvania), born in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shelia H. Saxton (Hibner); his son Scott Saxton (Karen Saxton) of York; his grandchildren, Ellinore Mummert (Ahearn), Derek Mummert of East Berlin, Michael Ahearn of East Berlin, Samuel Saxton of York, Emma Saxton of York and Mitchell Saxton of York; his great grandchildren, Deacon of East Berlin and Trace Mummert of East Berlin; and his brother Donald Saxton of Mount Lebanon.
