He is survived by: his wife Michele Y. Jay (Martin); his daughters, Corynne Bortner (Woodrow) of Newberrytown, Ashleigh Jay of Dover, Estelle Silver (Clinton, III) of Manchester and Danielle Seager (Brian) of Felton; and his siblings, Ken Jay of Newberrytown, Sherrie Musser (Mike) of Dover and Brandy Henry (Carl) of Nottingham, MD.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
