It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Chioniere of York, Pennsylvania, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Popenfuss and Arlene Popenfuss (Gillman). She is survived by: her husband Keith N. Choiniere; her children, David Blanchard, Christopher Blanchard (Billiejo), Andrew Blanchard, Sarah Blanchard and Katie Bollinger (Ben); her grandchildren, Lexie, Liam and Noah; her grandpal Pat Strausbaugh; and her siblings, Dale Popenfuss (Janet), Dana Popenfuss (Denise) and Dawn Popenfuss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
