He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Watkins and Catherine Watkins (Schott); and his siblings, Virginia Kroft, Paul and Kevin Watkins.

He is survived by: his wife Regina (Markley); his daughter Brandy; and his siblings, Cara Stoy and Jeffrey Watkins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dennis' memory may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 401 Cherry Street, Columbia PA 17512 or Columbia Animal Shelter, 265 S. Tenth Street, Columbia PA 17512.
