He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth A. Crowl (McCartney); and his parent Sylvester Jeremiah. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Margaret Crowl (Pohlman); his children, Sheila A. Fogle of Mt and Donald E. Crowl, Jr. of York; his grandsons, Tony Fogle, Dan Fogle of York and Dave Fogle of Dover; and also Wolf.
