He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Neiman and Gladys E. Neiman (March); his daughter Barbie E. Neiman; and his brother Dennis Neiman. He is survived by: his wife Alice F. Neiman (Blyzes); his daughters, Sherrie Coeyman (Ron) and Teresa Rayburn (John); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Ronald and Christopher; and his siblings, Cheryl Fitz, Saundra Stewart, Jacki Riley (Barry), Tom Neiman and Chris Neiman (Deb). He is also survived by seven greatgrandchildren.
