He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda M. Chronister (Strayer) and Wilson E. "Tom" Chronister. He is survived by: his wife Karen E. Chronister (Gentzler); his children, Troy L. (Sandra M. Chronister) of Cockeysville, MD, Christine A. Scott (Charles Scott, Jr.) of Dover and Vicki L. Rutter of York; his granddaughters, Allison (Justin Graham), Danielle (Andrew Strait), Megan Rutter and Morgan Rutter; his great grandchildren, Kaden and Aubrey Graham; and his brother Richard E. (Evelyn Chronister) of Akron.
