He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene R. Witmer (Warner); and his parents, Jim Witmer and Bettie Shearer (Norris). He is survived by: his children, Ronald L. Witmer (April) of New Bridgeville, Robin L. Tompkins (Paul) of Red Lion and Rana L. Saulisbury (Randy) of West York. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
