She was predeceased by: her parents, Estil Phipps and Grace Marie Townsley Phipps; her husband John; and her son John Francis Dell, II. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Dell, Brenda Landis (Brian) and Cathy Dell-Day (Terry); her grandchildren, Nathan, Leslie, Ashley, Sophia, Brittany, Calah and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Madison, Jordan, Jack, Audriana, Elijah, Eden, Malachi, Ezra, Leal, Thatcher, Lea and Grayson; and her sisters, Naomi Wiederrecht and Ruth Haring.
