He is survived by: his spouse Marie Knaub Munchel (Byers); his parent Beatrice P. Munchel (Stagemyer); his children, Marlin Knaub (Sylvia), Linda Chronister (Preston), Diana Smith, Carolyn Milner (Sam), Patricia Smith, Steve Munchel and Beverly Kievit (Norm); his daughter-in-law Cindy Knaub; and his sisters, Margaret Keim and Barbara Jacobs. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren.
