He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Brant, Sr. and Marian R. Brant (Roach); his son-in-law Terry Garrett; and his siblings, Etha Yutzy, G. Ferne Saylor, Harry W. Brant, Jr., Donald Brant and Ena R. Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Grace McCleaf Brant; his daughters, Jennifer E. Brant of Millersville and Jane Brant Scott (Lorne Scott) of York; and his granddaughter Emily Louise Aver (Elijah Bickel) of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
