He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Dietz and Ruth P. Dietz (Smeltzer); his wife Julia A. "Judy" Dietz (Judy); and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his pet Chloe; his children, Debra Livingston (Jeff) of Wrightsville, Steven Dietz (Susan) of York and Terry Dietz (Michelle) of Dover; his grandchildren, Jason, Kelley, Garrett and Sophia Dietz; his sister-in-law Jane Dietz; his niece Andrea Birkett (Phil); and also, Melissa and Brian.
