He was predeceased by: his spouse June V. Haines (Fillmore); his parent Nelson E.; his son Lance (Lanny); and his brother Ray "Scottie" Haines. He is survived by: his parent Velma N. Haines (Kline); his daughter-in-law Sarah Jane Haines of York; his grandchildren, Sherri Haines Massa (Ernest) of Wrightsville and David W. Haines (Brenda) of Lock Haven; and his great grandchild Lydia E. Massa of Wrightsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
