He is survived by: his parent Bertha M. Sier (Lichtenberger); his children, Ruth Elaine Sier of York, Rebekah Sier Cafrelli (Steven) of Mount Joy, Paul Mark Sier (Diane Bates-Sier) of Middletown and Stephen Thomas Sier of Olney, MD; and his sister Rose Sprouse of York. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
