He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Smith and Wilma A. Smith (Martin). He is survived by: his spouse Sarah C. Smith (Harget); his children, Rhonda Priest (Scott) of Spring Grove and Ryan Smith (Wendy) of Wellsville; and his siblings, Thomas Smith, Gladys Harlacher, Nancy Wentz, Janet Gross and Barbara Landis. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
