She was predeceased by: her spouse Herbert R. Horn; her parent Harry Haubert; her son Herbert R. Horn, Jr.; and her granddaughter Tracy Miller. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Haubert (Stallman); her son Terry L. Horn (Carla) of York, PA; and her grandchildren, Timothy Horn, Marcie Hauck and Katie Godfrey. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
