He was predeceased by: his parent Gordon H. Smith, Sr.; and his siblings, Dale Smith, Ronald Smith, Richard Smith, Floyd Smith and Dawn Smith.
He is survived by: his parent Anna M. Smith (Augsburg); his daughter Lanna M. Storeman (Michael) of York; and his sister Sandra J. Burkholder of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
