He is survived by: his spouse Jean (Krollfeifer); his children, Charles Putkisto of New Jersey, Lori Putkisto-Walsh (late John) of New Jersey, Jeffrey (Katie Putkisto) of Maryland and Stacie (Steve Keyser) of Pennsylvania; his stepson Scott Niskach of Utah; his grandchildren, Michael, Allison, Zach, Kate, CJ and Alexis; and his sisters, Ellen Maynard (late Everett) of Massachusetts and Helen (Earl Smiddy) of Delaware.
