He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Emerson and V. Joan Frank (Phiel). He is survived by: his children, Shawna Meckley (Troy) of Spring Grove, Kanon Ford of New Oxford and Chris Frank (Ashley) of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Jalen, Jase, Jaxon Meckley and Addison Ford; and his sister Sharon Herwig (Kenneth).
