Cravens, Juanita Cravens Bell, Quida Cravens McFalls, Winfred Cravens (Ray) and Frances Cravens Austin; his spouse Dorothy Sease; his grandchildren, Christopher W. Avery, Courtney D. Avery, David Heath (Avery), Rihana J. Gerrick, Safiya K. Avery, Amir N. Avery and Anthony P. Ramos (Doie); and his children, Kerry L. Kirkland Sr. (Juanita), Dwight T. Cravens (Mercedes), Anthony W. Cravens and Charmaine Cravens Avery (Charles). He was also cherished by great grandchildren; step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
