She was predeceased by: her parent Vestal W.; and her son Raymond A. Hare, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Esther L. Billow (Wetzel); her daughter Ilene L. Levinsky; and her brothers, James Billow, Francis Billow and Clifford Billow.
