He was predeceased by: his sister Susan Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Terrie A. Cadiz (Fry); his children, Shendie L. Letmate (Damon), Shelby J. Carlyle (Cadiz), Jamie L. Kline (Tom) and Gordy Szopinski; and his sisters, Marsha Dougherty, Cathy Ganovsky and Beth Judy.
