He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Raffensberger (Ryer); his sons, Stephen D. Raffensberger (Adah) of Reading, PA, Michael R. Raffensberger (Carol) of York and Mark E. Raffensberger (Donelle) of Dallastown; his son-in-law Walter Williams; and his grandchildren, Lance Williams, Vincent Williams, Wendi Rathman, Kristy Raffensberger, Matthew Kerchner, Brian Raffensberger, Emily Raffensberger, Gretchen Pham and Ellen Raffensberger. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
