It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Messinger Sr. (York, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Debra L. Messinger (Mason); his parents, Merel H. Messinger and Doris L. Messinger (Landis); his children, James E. Messinger, Jr. (Rose, Corey J.) of York and Amy L. Foley (Matthew) of Stewartstown; and his sisters, Lisa A. Nispal (Donald) of Dover and Peggy A. Smith (Brian) of York. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
