With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeune Elaine Jones of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her spouse Thomas Reese Jones; her parents, Pierce Krebs and Jennie Krebs (Senft); her great grandchild Heidi Elizabeth Bartkowski; and her brothers, Earl Krebs and Eugene Krebs.

She is survived by : her children, Stephen T. Jones (Sally) of Ferguson, NC, Timothy D. Jones (Judy) of Shrewsbury, PA and Diane L. Bartkowski (Gary) of Dover, PA; her grandchildren, David Jones (Erica) of Colorado Springs, Christopher Bartkowski (Christine) of Camp Hill, PA, Meagan Bartkowski Robertson (Josh) of Spring Grove, PA, Kate Jones of York and Sarah Jones; and her great grandchildren, Eric, Kyleigh, Zachary, Mia, Carter, Alicia, Laila, Kendall, Jonas, Adelyn, Lauren and Aylah.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the SpiriTrust Lutheran Glatfelter Center (1802 Folkemer Cir, York, PA 17404). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Jeune, donated her body to medical science through Humanity Gifts Registry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SpiriTrust Lutheran, 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., York, PA 17404.
