We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2025, at the age of 86, Joanne G. (Baublitz) Gotwalt (York, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joanne G. may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy V. Baublitz and Minnie C. Baublitz (Sellers); her husband Clyde L. Gotwalt, Jr.; and her sisters, Rosie Eminheiser and Jean Lindt.
She is survived by: her children, William H. "Bill" Gotwalt (Pamala), Steven W. Gotwalt (Heather) and Cheryl L. Wilson (Shane); and her brother R. Donald Baublitz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
