He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Kulp and Teresa Kulp of East Stroudsburg, PA; his mother Vicki Jo Strouse of Saylorsburg, PA; his brother Walter Bishop Jr. of Saylorsburg, PA; his stepfather Walter Bishop; his grandparents, Bonnie Strouse of Saylorsburg, PA and Joe Kulp of Montague, NJ; his parent-in-law Ray; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Slider of Harrisburg, PA and Isaac LaBar of East Stroudsburg, PA; and his grandparents-in-law, Donald and Dorothy LaBar of Stroudsburg, PA. He is also survived by several nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
