He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Luther and Ruth Marlene Devor (Myers); and his sister Jane Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Devor (Brennan); his children, Joseph P. Devor (Blair), Jason T. Devor (Chelsea), Jennifer L. Devor and Jessica R. Devor (Wade); and his grandchildren, Keira, Lucas, Emilee, Braydon, Ryker, Coral and Ryley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
