He was predeceased by: his spouse Patricia Ann (Jordan); his child Paul Visco; and his parents, Anthony Kapp and Irene Kapp (Csizmadia). He is survived by: his children, Brian Kapp (Cynthia) of York, Elizabeth "Betsy" Platt (Steve Wilson) of West Mifflin, Linda Imerese of West Mifflin, Frank "Tony" Visco (Joann) of South Park and Gregory Visco of West Mifflin; his sibling Robert Kapp (Nancy) of Munhall; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Renna, Lindsay, Kelly, Ashley, Anthony, Nicholas, Tyler, Kiersten and Lexi.
