He was predeceased by: his sister Ruth Arnsberger. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Noll (Ruby); and his sons, Dr. Jon E. Noll (Cheryl) of Duncannon, Mark T. Noll of Simpsonville, SC, David M. Noll (Barbara) of York, Douglas J. Noll (Susan) of York and Thomas E. Noll (Cindy) of Plymouth, NY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
