Chalk (Annette) of Ft and Michelle A. Yost (Danny) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Jason, Julia, Tori, Evan and Caylee; and her brothers, Russell "Sonny" Staub of Phoenix, AZ and Ronald Staub of Stewartstown.
