She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen R. and Helen I. Sourwine (Kleckner); and her spouse Jack R. Lutz. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Lutz of Hurricane, WV and Ronald Lutz (Kim) of Cary, NC; and her siblings, Daniel Sourwine (Doris) of Philadelphia, PA and Joanne Yaple of Jonas, PA. She is also survived by children; 5 great grand children.
