She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Melinda and Norman Paul Naylor of Shiloh; her husband Floyd Holtzapple; and her siblings, Robert T. Naylor, Ruth Naylor, Mildred Berkheimer and Sylvania.

She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Einsig. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made, in her name, to the Mission Committee at Church of the Open Door, 8 Carlisle Ct., York, PA 17408.
