He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Helen Uhlik; and his cousin Jason Uhlik. He is survived by: his spouse Mandi J. Uhlik (Sidler); his parents, Kevin F. Uhlik, Sr. and Della Uhlik (Buckland); his son Landen Uhlik; and his stepson Cameron Ditzer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kevin's memory may be made to the Kevin F. Uhlik, Jr. Testamentary Trust for the benefit of his son Landen Uhlik, c/o The Law Office of Marc Roberts, 149 E. Market St., York, PA 17401.
