We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2022, at the age of 53, Laurie E. Cowey Stewart of York, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy "Lee" Cowey and Betty Lou Cowey (Drexler); and her brother Joseph Cowey. She is survived by: her son Axel Volfang; her siblings, Donald Cowey (Heidi) and Patricia Smith (Ted); and her pet Leo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market Street, York, PA 17403 to help defray the cost of the funeral.
