Lee Harper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Harper (York, Pennsylvania), born in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2020 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lee Harper to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harper and Mildred Sterner Harper Wagaman; and his brother Burt Harper. He is survived by: his wife Celestia E. Harper (Pittenturf); his children, Robin Staines (Bill) of East Berlin, Wendell Harper (Michele) of Dover and Doug Harper (Liz) of Enola; his stepchildren, Alesea Reese, Donna Clapsaddle, George, Joe and James Sauter; and his brother Donald Wagaman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 guidelines, a memorial service in celebration of his life will be held at a later date at Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., of East York, 3670 E. Market St., York PA 17402.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Disabled Veterans Association.
