He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce E. Seitz (Spangler); his parents, Harry Vernon Seitz and Margaret Silk (Heaps); his stepfather Charles Silk; and his brothers, Herman and Kenny Seitz.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Seitz of Dallastown, Jon (Linda Seitz) of York, Jac (Deborah Seitz) of Wrightsville, Jolee Vasquez of Key West, FL, Josie Blevins of Felton and Joni (Steve Horne) of Wrightsville; his grandchildren, Lora Jo, Sytiva, Angie, Zachary, Erica, Alexander, Amelia, Andrew, Allyson and Jason; his great grandchild Calvin; his sister Janice Fulton of Stewartstown; and his half-brother Curtis Silk of Wrightsville.
