He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry King and Lizzie King; his former wife Eleanor F. Funke; and his granddaughter Stephanie King Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Farmer King; his children, Tighe King and Joann King Smith; his siblings, Dottie Runkle, Louella Noel, Bill King and Frank King; and his grandchildren, Brian King, Allen King, Chris Smith and Ken Smith. He is also survived by her grandfather in 2019, and nine great grandchildren.
