She was predeceased by: her parent Nancy K. Stevenson. She is survived by: her spouse Kenneth J. Adams of York; her parent James D. Cutillo; her children, Sarah E., Ryan M. Heindel, Joshua A. and Jennifer D. Adams; her grandchildren, Cameron B. and Alexander A. Adams; her brother James F. Castillo; and her aunt Mary Ann Hertzog.
