It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Carl Wood in York, Pennsylvania, born in Montrose, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louise, Ray, Gerald, Horace, Edward and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Mae Wood (Romesberg); his daughters, Kathryn E. Briner of Hanover and Susan M. Ambrose of Bishopville, MD; his grandchildren, Tiffany Wolf (Abel) of Lancaster and Shane Hyser of Dover; his great grandchildren, Jennis Miller, Brea Shearer and Jaden Keyser; his great great grandchild Nichole Miller; and his sisters, Shirley Yenalevitch of Wilkes-Barre and Janet Wood of Wilkes-Barre.
