He is survived by: his children, Stacey Burke, Matthew Bowman, John Patrick White, Steve White, Denise M. Slick, Dawn L. Keller and Cindy; and his siblings, Larry White and Bonnie Ness. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
