She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bartholomew and Sara Mary Meyers (Jones); her husband Charles Curtis Hoffman; and her brothers, Charles Kenneth Meyers and John Meyers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca C. Simmons (Robert) of York and Karen E. Jacoby (Rodney) of York; her grandchildren, Jennifer Morrison, Keith Simmons, Chad Jacoby (Kristina) and Kelly Harris (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Derrick Morrison, Kyle Morrison, Ashley Jacoby and Alexander Harris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
